The busyness of life often keeps us focused on the next thing we need to get done to make it through our day. We don’t often have the time to look at the energy and patterns below the surface. It’s usually not until something disrupts our usual routines that we start to question the bigger picture or try to understand why something is happening or what it means that we dig deeper. This is when we usually start to look around for a perspective that helps us understand ourselves and the world around us. That’s where I come in!
