Having someone to talk to about issues or questions that come up when practicing mindfulness can help you maintain a meditation practice. Working with a meditation coach can provide structure and inspiration when it comes to integrating meditation and mindfulness into your daily life.
It takes time to hone in on how to apply meditation to your everyday life. There is a five meeting commitment for meditation coaching.
Coaching is available in person, over the phone, or via Google Hangout. Group instruction is also available.
